Yes, Maison Euphore offers Free Shipping on all orders, including Track & Trace.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days in the United States.
Currently, we ship only to the United States.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update.
Returns & Refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Yes, exchanges are free of charge for product value. Customers only cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Items discounted by 60% or more are final sale. Store credit may be issued in such cases.
No, for safety reasons, underwear and intimates are non-refundable.
