Refund & Return Policy – Maison Euphore

At Maison Euphore, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines how refunds, exchanges, and returns are handled.

 

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be in original condition, unworn (trying on allowed), unwashed, undamaged, with tags and in the original product bag.

  • Hygiene products such as underwear and intimates are non-refundable.

 

 

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or back to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • If an item is returned with minor damage or missing packaging, Maison Euphore reserves the right to issue a partial refund.

 

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color.

  • Products can be exchanged free of charge, with the customer covering only the return shipping cost. This helps us reduce waste and support eco-friendly shopping.

 

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us at returns@maisoneuphore.com before sending any item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions with the return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Packages delayed or held at customs (Delivered Duty Unpaid terms apply – see Shipping Policy).

  • Items returned without prior approval.

  • Hygiene products (e.g., underwear).
