Terms of Service – Maison Euphore
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: the 30-day period in which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: any natural person acting for non-professional purposes who enters into a distance contract with the seller.

Ongoing contract: a distance contract concerning a series of products or services over time.

Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Seller: Maison Euphore, offering products to consumers at a distance.

Distance contract: an agreement concluded between the seller and the consumer via an organized system for remote sales.

Article 3 – Scope of Application
These Terms of Service apply to every offer from Maison Euphore and every distance contract concluded between Maison Euphore and the consumer. The Terms are made available electronically prior to purchase.
Article 4 – Offers
All offers are non-binding. Prices are subject to change. Offers always state the total cost including shipping, but excluding import duties or local taxes.
Article 5 – Contract
A contract is established once the consumer accepts the offer and completes payment. Maison Euphore will confirm the order by email.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Sale items with discounts of 60% or more are non-refundable. In such cases, store credit will be issued.
Article 7 – Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected at the designated return facility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Article 8 – Customs, Import Taxes & Duties (DDU)

All orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

The customer is solely responsible for:

Paying VAT, import duties, or other local taxes.

Customs clearance or brokerage fees.

Compliance with local import regulations.

Maison Euphore is not liable for customs delays, holds, or penalties.
Article 9 – Conformity & Warranty

Products must be checked upon delivery.

Any defects or issues must be reported within 15 days of receipt via returns@maisoneuphore.com.

Claims outside this period will not be accepted.
Article 10 – Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days (depending on destination).

Maximum delivery time is 30 days.

Maison Euphore is not responsible for customs delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information.
Article 11 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing to support@maisoneuphore.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

Maison Euphore will respond within 14 days. If more time is required, the customer will be informed with an updated timeline.
Article 12 – Dispute Handling

Customers must always contact Maison Euphore customer support first before initiating a chargeback or PayPal dispute.

Maison Euphore reserves the right to resolve disputes through replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.
Article 13 – Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. All disputes must first be resolved amicably. If this fails, disputes will be exclusively handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
