At Maison Euphore, we aim to deliver a seamless and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and handle orders placed on our store.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time for the United States: 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, peak demand periods (e.g., holidays), or force majeure events.


Shipping Costs

Maison Euphore offers Free Shipping on all orders, including Track & Trace service

Fulfillment & Carriers

Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers to ensure strict quality control and reliable delivery. All orders include tracking information. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.


Delays Disclaimer

While we strive to meet all delivery times, Maison Euphore is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, local postal service issues, or force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, strikes, pandemics).


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please contact support@maisoneuphore.com within 7 days of purchase so we can update it. Orders with incorrect addresses that cannot be delivered will be refunded minus shipping/handling costs.


Lost or Stuck Packages

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, customers may choose between store credit or an 80% refund of the order value. If a package is delayed or held at customs, the responsibility lies with the customer in accordance with our Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms (see Terms of Service).
